Franklin Zemel

Franklin Zemel is a partner in the Fort Lauderdale office of Arnstein & Lehr LLP and is the Chair of the Firm’s Religious Land Use Law Group. He has advised and represented many religious assemblies in their battles against local governments, with great success, including precedent-setting reported decisions. Mr. Zemel has secured nearly $3 million in verdicts and settlements on behalf of religious groups. He has authored several articles on Religious Land Use Law and frequently speaks on the topic.
