Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Toronto. Author of Left and Right: The Small World of Political Ideas (MQUP, 2015) and co-author, with Rand Dyck, of Canadian Politics: Critical Approaches (Nelson, 2014). Co-investigator of Digging Into Linked Parliamentary Data, an international and interdisciplinary collaboration investigating the written records of parliamentary speech in Canada, the UK, and the Netherlands. Interested in ideology and political disagreement in Canada and other democratic countries.
