The Ft. Hood shooter was identified as a white Iraqi war vet named Ivan Lopez, who was undergoing psychological treatment for depression. He killed four people, including himself and in injured 16 others.
Should he be labeled a terrorist by the media? Or is he not at fault because of PTSD?
